For the last <strong>16 years<\/strong> I\u2019ve walked the halls of long-term-care facilities and held the hands of hospice patients in their final moments. It begins with the NA who spots the fever, calms the family, or simply offers a glass of water at 3 a.m. After years of mentoring aides on the floor, I realized my dream wasn\u2019t just to care for patients\u2014it was to <em>multiply<\/em> that care by empowering the next generation. That dream takes shape here in Monroe through a comprehensive NA program built on three pillars:<\/p><ol><li><strong>Skill Mastery<\/strong> \u2013 Evidence-based techniques and rigorous hands-on practice.<\/li><li><strong>Compassionate Presence<\/strong> \u2013 Communication, empathy, and the art of \u201cseeing\u201d the whole person.<\/li><li><strong>Career Momentum<\/strong> \u2013 Clear pathways to LPN, RN, and beyond, because growth should never hit a ceiling.<\/li><\/ol><h2><span style=\"color: #931794;\">My \u201cWhy\u201d Runs on Family<\/span><\/h2><p>When I\u2019m not teaching vitals or reviewing care plans, I\u2019m navigating the beautiful chaos of life with <strong>my loving husband and our 12 incredible children<\/strong>. They remind me daily that patience is a superpower, laughter heals, and every individual learns differently\u2014lessons I channel straight into the classroom.<\/p><h2><span style=\"color: #931794;\">Looking Ahead<\/span><\/h2><p>Monroe\u2019s NA program is just the foundation.\u00a0<\/p><p>Because nursing isn\u2019t static, neither are we. Our mission is to evolve with the needs of patients, families, and the healthcare system itself.<\/p><p>I can\u2019t wait to welcome you into a program where competence meets heart, and where every graduate walks out knowing they matter\u2014because the best care always starts with the best caregivers.
