2. How do I enroll
in a course?
You can enroll by contacting us via phone or email, or by completing our online application form on the Training Programs page. Once we receive your application, we’ll guide you through the next steps including registration, payment, and orientation.
3. Do I need any prior experience or certifications to enroll?
Most of our entry-level programs, like our Nursing Assistants Program require no prior experience. Some programs (like the NA Refresher) are intended for individuals with previous healthcare training or certification. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to help you find the best program for your goals.
4. How long are the training programs?
Program lengths vary:

We offer both daytime and evening classes for many of our programs.
5. Are your programs approved by the state?
Yes, all of our programs follow state-approved curriculum and prepare you for any applicable licensing or national exams.
6. Do you offer job placement assistance?
Yes! We support our students with resume help, interview preparation, and job search guidance. While we don’t guarantee employment, we have strong connections with local healthcare employers.
7. Can I take more than one course at a time?
In some cases, yes—especially if schedules don’t overlap. We will release more information as our Programs are added.
8. How much do the programs cost? Do you offer payment plans?
Tuition varies by program. We offer affordable pricing and flexible payment options, including payment plans for qualified students. Please contact us for current tuition and payment details.
9. Where are classes held?
Classes are held at our training facility located in Monroe, MI. Some programs also include off-site clinical training at partnering healthcare facilities.
10. What should I bring on the first day of class?
We recommend bringing:

Notebook, pen, and any materials listed in your registration confirmation
You’ll receive a welcome packet with specific instructions before your first day.
11. What certification will I receive after completing the course?
Upon completion, you’ll receive a certificate of completion and be eligible to sit for your state exam (NA).
12. Do you offer classes in Spanish or other languages?
At this time, all instruction is conducted in English. Students should have a working proficiency in English to ensure they can safely and effectively provide patient care.
